About your therapist

Hi, I’m a licensed massage therapist with a passion for helping others feel their best—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I received my license in September through a hands-on apprenticeship, where I developed strong skills and a deep appreciation for the art and science of therapeutic massage.

I specialize in deep tissue massage, but I tailor each session to meet the individual needs of my clients, whether that means firm, targeted pressure or a gentler, more relaxing touch. My goal is always to create a supportive, healing space where clients can release tension, reduce pain, and reconnect with their well-being.

Outside of work, I love being outdoors—whether it’s hiking, camping, or just soaking up the sun. I’m also an avid reader and enjoy getting lost in a good book whenever I can. I bring that same sense of curiosity and care into every massage session, always learning and adjusting to provide the best possible experience.
